Excerise your internals!

Do ya need explanation?
I started with yoga classes today! It was fun...there was something like Tiger breathing and Dog breathing for warm up. I liked doing them.
And for the record, I got up at 5A.M and was early for the classes. I'm so proud of me for that. Hoping to inspire me to be in college on time too!
